Gordon's idea to reunite his four school friends for the first time in 20 years is arguably a terrible idea. They were a profoundly mismatched group to start with and age certainly hasn't lessened their differences. On top of this, Gordon has chosen a holiday that turns out to be a grueling physical endurance test, rather than anything remotely pleasurable. Walking coast to coast across the United Kingdom was never going to be easy, and the results are as funny as they are tragic, as this comically incompatible foursome walk full-tilt into their mid-life crises.
