A documentary that covers the emergence of Catalan chef Albert Adria, brother of Ferran Adria of elBullio fame, as a culinary force in his own right. The film covers around five years in Alberto's life as he opens up a number of different restaurants in Barcelona, culminating in his groundbreaking work with Enigma.
