A frustrated, unemployed teacher decides to take revenge on life by embarking on a supposedly fool-proof blackmailing scheme with an unpredictable scammer, Gus Dickinson, and his ambitious girlfriend Josie McBroom, a former teenage beauty queen turned con-artist.
