2014Wilfried calls himself 'King One-Eye in the Kingdom of the Blind' - Merksplas' prison in Belgium. The 'blind' are the prisoners who live without treatment and without a release date. The film intertwines five different stories in a world where time stands still and all that remains is confrontation and closed doors.
