When his girlfriend tells ordinary guy Leo she's expecting his child, Leo lashes out, whereupon Louise's brother takes it upon himself to sort the mess out. Director Refn is regarded as a pivotal European director introducing mainstream sensibilities to arthouse material. Bleeder has already divided critics, but some claim it represents a new dawn for Dogme-dominated Danish movie making.
