A trailer for a new feature film, which was filmed in Ireland and is a co-production with Poland, has landed online.
The film follows Jacob, played by '1917' star George MacKay, who believes he's a wolf trapped in a man's body.
His family sends him to a clinic.
There Jacob is forced to undergo increasingly extreme forms of "curative" therapies at the hands of The Zookeeper (Paddy Considine).
Jacob finds solace roaming the hospital in the middle of the night with the enigmatic Wildcat (Lily Rose-Depp).
Initially friends, a deeper bond soon develops.
'Wolf' has been described as "a high-concept arthouse drama."
Species dysphoria is the umbrella term used to describe a disorder in which the individual believes they were born into the body of the wrong species. However it is not currently recognised by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
Nathalie Biancheri, who also helmed last year's 'Nocturnal', is the writer and director of the feature.
The cast also includes such Irish stars as Martin McCann, Eileen Walsh, and 'Dating Amber' stars Fionn O'Shea and Lola Petticrew.
