It looks like a sequel to the 2005 comedy 'Wedding Crashers' is in the works.
Vince Vaughn revealed he's in talks with Owen Wilson for 'Wedding Crashers 2'. The sequel was last talked about back in 2018.
Speaking to ET Online, Vaughn said he and his regular co-star have spoken to the director of the original, David Dobkin.
"Owen and I and the director of 'Crashers' have been talking for the first time seriously [about] a sequel to that movie," says Vaughn.
"So there has been an idea that is pretty good. So we are talking about that in the early stages."
Reminiscing about 'Wedding Crashers', as well as 'Mr. and Mrs. Smith' and 'Zoolander', Vaughn reflected: "They were fun movies to make.
"It's always fun to make people laugh and go to work with people that are funny."
Vaughn and Wilson also shared the screen in the 2013 movie 'The Internship'.
Vaughn's most recent credit is 'Freaky', in which he plays a serial killer whose body is swapped with that of a teenage girl (Kathryn Newton).
David Dobkin's most recent credit is 'Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga', which starred Rachel McAdams and Will Ferrell who also, coincidentally, starred in 'Wedding Crashers'.
The comedy also starred Isla Fisher, Bradley Cooper and Christopher Walken.
