Entertainment Weekly have released a sneak peek into the new film which sees Murphy and Dornan play two Czechoslovakian soldiers.
They are parachuted into their occupied homeland at the war’s peak in December 1941, and must carry out the assassination of Third Reich General Reinhard Heydrich under near impossible circumstances.
The clip sees Kubiš (Dornan) and GabÄ?ík (Murphy) recruit two local women to carry out their dangerous assignment.
Cillian Murphy is particularly captivating in the clip, recreating the sense of menace the actor brought to previous roles in Batman Begins and Red Eye among other films.
Anthropoid is out in Irish cinemas on September 9th.
