In a post Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice world we can now properly look forward to DC's next offering, Suicide Squad

With trailers like these how can we do anything but look forward to it?

So first off the bat we now have a much clearer indication as to why the Suicide Squad is being assembled in the first place. The US government want to know what would happen if Superman went rogue and took out minor political figures like the President of the United States. The answer? Form a super group of villains of course and coerce/threaten them into doing good.

The next thing to get really excited about is that Batman is definitely going to appear in the movie. There was a glimpse of the caped crusader in the first Suicide Squad teaser but he's popping up all over this one, Batmobile and all. All though we don't actually see Ben Affleck's face or hear him utter any dialogue. Make of that what you will.

Finally, there's the whole re-shoots issue. The supposed reason for the $30m dollar costing re-shoots was to help lighten up the tone and make it a much more fun movie. If this trailer and the one that came before are anything to go by then they'd already nailed it. Warner Bros. have now released two cracking trailers for Suicide Squad, here's hoping the finished film lives up to them.
