Dublin Oldschool was one of the most popular and talked-about plays for quite some time in Ireland, so it seems only naturally that it finally gets the big screen adaptation it truly deserves.
Directed by Dave Tynan and starring the original cast of Emmet Kirwan and Ian Lloyd-Anderson, it follows the story of two brothers - one, a heroin addict who's been living on the streets of Dublin, and the other a wannabe DJ who's going from one session to the next - who reconnect over the course of a weekend following a bust-up several years prior.
Shot in Dublin and featuring Can't Cope Won't Cope star Seana Kerslake and Rebellion's Sarah Greene, Dublin Oldschool hits Irish cinemas on June 29th.
