Finally, a glimpse of the reason why Hugh Jackman had that atrocious beard and 'tache for months earlier this year.
Starring Hugh Jackman, Amanda Seyfried, Rooney Mara, Garrett Hedlund and Levi Miller, Pan tells the tale of the boy who never grew up (unless you count 'Hook') and how he came to be the hero known as Peter Pan. It also features Cara Delevigne as a mermaid, which is quite good casting as far as we can tell from her very brief appearance in the trailer.
Other than Jackman playing the evil kidnapper and enslaver Blackbeard and Peter obviously escaping from and eventually defeating him, we don't know much about what will go down in Pan. Will Hook, played by a very dashing Garrett Hedlund, lose his hand and gain his infamous hook? Will we meet Tinkerbell? We'll have to wait until next summer to find out.
Pan is scheduled to hit Irish cinemas on July 17th, 2015.
