Scotland - home of foods like haggis and deep-fried battered kebabs, people like Sean Connery, Alan Cumming, James McAvoy and Gregor Fisher, and manly skirts called kilts.
It's also where 'Fast and Furious 9' is currently filming, and the site of Vin Diesel's latest attempts at singing in public. This time, Diesel attempted a rendition of 'Flower of Scotland', originally written by Roy Williamson of the Corries in 1967. Often considered an unofficial national anthem for the nation, the song tells the story of Robert The Bruce's victory over the English at the Battle of Bannockburn in 1314.
How it was that Vin Diesel came to know of this song is anyone's guess, but the most likely scenario is that he heard of it through his Scottish crew. Armed with this knowledge, Diesel decided to join in a sing-song with a local at the ropeline in between shots. To be fair to Diesel, he's no problem with volume. As any Scot will tell you, singing 'Flower of Scotland' is usually done with the kind of passion that requires such volume.
So, how'd he do? Well, judge for your self and see.
