The glitz and glamour of Cannes continued right across the weekend with hundreds of VIP cinema goers and superstars descending on the French city to grace the red carpet and enjoy the film premieres. One such premiere was Jennifer Lawrence's forthcoming sequel to The Hunger Games, called Catching Fire. Having read the book, and loved it, not to mention having Miss Lawrence front and centre, I am most excited about this release on November 22nd.
Lawrence rocked up to Cannes flanked by her two male co-stars, Liam Hemsworth (withOUT Miley Cyrus) and Sam Clafin who takes on the new role of Finnick Odair in the follow up to the original story. No sign of Peeta, played by Josh Hutcherson this time though. Also in attendance was the franchise's new director Francis Lawrence and a plethora of relevant producers. Jennifer Lawrence stunned with a shortened hairdo - she literally can't look bad - red lips and a simple white and black ensemble. Oh to be her.
