Spider-man's first solo debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe now has a nice nifty sub-title to define it from all the others.
Marvel made the announcement at CinemaCon in Las Vegas last night, with the new Peter Parker, Tom Holland, present to show off the new title and title card which should give a hint as to the direction the film is going in.

Also starring Marisa Tomei as Aunt May and Zendaya as 'Michelle', who we're guessing will be Parker's love interest in the wake of Gwen Stacy and Mary Jane Watson being bled dry by previous productions, the new title is said to reflect Holland/Parker's young age and high-school setting.
"Peter is trying to find his true identity," said Holland at the announcement. "And where he really belongs in this world."
Marvel also showed off a brief scene from the film (which we're sure will end up online shortly) with Robert Downey Jr’s Tony Stark visiting Peter and his Aunt May, so whether or not this film is set before, during or after the upcoming 'Captain America: Civil War' is yet to be seen.
'Spider-Man: Homecoming' will be in cinemas in the US on July 7th, 2017 and currently has a release date of July 28th on this side of the pond. We expect that might change closer to the time, and of course we'll be seeing Holland's Spidey in 'Captain America: Civil War' next month.
