Steven Spielberg is reportedly looking at adapting Keith Huff's Broadway play, A Steady Rain, into a film reports ComingSoon.net, Via Darkhorizons.com.

The play starred Hugh Jackman and Daniel Craig and ran on Broadway with those two in the lead roles for 12 weeks. It centres on two Chicago cops, who make a horrible mistake, and return a Vietnamese boy to a cannibalistic serial killer. The boy then becomes his latest victim. The story revolves around the two men dealing with the guilt of their terrible mistake.

Jackman let the news slip while at Comic Con in San Diego yesterday promoting his new Disney flick, Reel Steel.
