They're in, they're out, they're in, they're out. We've heard all sorts about Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher and Mark Hamill's involvement with Star Wars Episode VII over the past few months, but now Harrison has actually come out and talked about it himself! Yup, the actor was speaking to WGN in Chicago, and when asked if it was true that the trio would be back he had this to say: "I think it's almost true, I'm looking forward to it. It's not in the bag yet, but I think it's happening".
So, yet another, we will but we won't but we will eh Mr Ford? Between yourself and George Lucas we'll be driven demented! Why not do a Carrie Fisher and just say you'll be back before it's even been talked about by the studios? Sure just about everybody wants to nab a role in the new movie, so why not make things a little more interesting?
From all that there hullabaloo we're pretty much safe in the assumption that we'll be seeing more of Han, Luke and Leia in the not too distant future, and now the only question remaining is what exactly they'll be up to when we catch up with them? We know the new film won't be following the Star Wars literature that's considered 'canon' by the fans, so what can we expect?
Will Leia and Han be an old couple with kids? What will have become of the Milennium Falcon? Will Luke be a jedi tonight? Guess we'll have to wait to find out.
