Well, Amy Poehler and Tina Fey's Golden Globes antics are going to be a hard act to follow but if there's a man who MIGHT be able to pull it out of the bag it's Seth MacFarlane. The Family Guy and Ted creator is limbering up to host the Academy Awards on February 24th at Hollywood's Dolby Theatre.
MacFarlane's promo videos have been pretty amusing to date but we're absolutely loving his homage to Hitchcock in the latest one. "I'm Seth MacFarlane, and I'll be hosting the Oscars this year, where will be celebrating all you favourite films... like Psycho," he says before bellowing at Janet Leigh to keep it down. Never mind the fact that she's being lunged at with a rather large knife next door.
Of course Seth won't be alone on stage. Sure isn't he bringing his very own Thunder Buddies? Mark Wahlberg and Ted have promised they'll be making an appearance and, naturally, we'll have all the action for you as it happens!
