Ryan Reynolds and John Krasinski in a film together? It's surprising that it hasn't happened already.
The pair, who are both beloved of film fans, are teaming up for a new 'fantastical comedy' that was written by Krasinski.
He will also star in 'Imaginary Friends' alongside Reynolds, as well as directing the film - which is about a man (Reynolds) who can see other people's imaginary friends, befriending those who have been forgotten or discarded. However, when some of them turn evil because they have been forgotten, it's up to him to save the world from them.
It's certainly an original concept. According to THR, Paramount (who were responsible for Krasinski's 'A Quiet Place' and the forthcoming sequel) have landed the film and negotiations at the studio are ongoing.
