The cover for Ron Burgundy's hotly anticipated memoir has been released online, hooray! 'Let Me Off At The Top: My Classy Life and Other Musings' sure does inspire a trip to the nearest bookstore. Though you'd probably want to stop off at the nearest offo too, to pick up the necessary scotch, (scotchy, scotch, to go down into your belly) and perhaps a couple of cuban cigars. Maybe then you could take your purchases to the nearest jazz bar, or better yet, enjoy the memoir by the pool after a good morning yogging session.
In true Ron Burgundy (played on screen by Will Ferrell) fashion, rather than have a well reputed journo recommend the book, the sleeve of this memoir boasts a review penned by the author himself: 'I wrote a hell of a book!' We don't doubt it, Ron.
Commenting on his debut release, Ron says: "I don't know if it's the greatest autobiography ever written.
"I'm too close to the work. I will tell you this much: the first time I sat down and read this thing… I cried like a goddamn baby, and you can take that to the bank!"
Tissues at the ready, folks.
