Robert Downey Jr has shared the moment he wrapped on 'Avengers: Endgame' on Instagram.

Robert Downey Jr, as any Marvel fan knows, has played Iron Man aka Tony Stark throughout the MCU. 'Endgame' saw him take on the role for a tenth

***SPOILERS AHEAD***

 

 

 

... and final time. Yes the playboy industrialist-turned-hero met his end in the Marvel epic.

Stark sacrificed himself and used the Infinity stones to eliminate Thanos and his army. His body couldn't handle the stones' might and he died.

It's unclear exactly which scene Downey Jr shot last in 'Endgame'. One thing's for sure - his last time on set in character hailed a bittersweet goodbye.
