More rumours are cleared up in movie land, as Ridley Scott gives a snippet of information to The (UK) Independent newspaper about his proposed Blade Runner sequel.
Scott chimed in and yapped about Deckard himself, Harrison Ford and a possible appearance. He spewed, "I don't think it'll be Harrison starring, but I've got to have him in it somewhere. That'd be amusing." So it'll probably be more of a cameo than anything, which shows that Scott is looking to move in a different direction than straight up sequel. The script is being written by Hampton Fancher, who penned the first flick.
Scott is currently doing the promotional rounds for his prequel of sorts to Alien, Prometheus. We'll have a review for that on Thursday afternoon.
