In news that will delight fans of talented, comedic actresses everywhere, the all kinds of awesome Tina Fey and Amy Poehler are to star in new flick, The Nest.
According to Variety, the pair who recently did a stellar job of hosting The Golden Globes, will headline the comedy that will centre on two 30-something sisters who come home to find their parents’ house has been put up for sale so decide to have a party to say goodbye to the old gaff with a huge party. We want to go to there.
Pitch Perfect director Jason Moore is attached to the project, which will be the third time Fey and Poehler have worked together in a feature - Mean Girls and Baby Mama being the other two. The ladies of course were part of the cast for Saturday Night Live at the same time.
Moore did a great job with ‘Pitch’ and both actresses have impeccable timing so this should be a winner.
