On a bonus edition of The Insider, we talked to Alex Fegan, director of Older Than Ireland - a new documentary that focuses on centenarians of Ireland and their experiences throughout life.

Fegan's last work, The Irish Pub, was a critically-acclaimed look at the workings and lives of Irish publicans and combined beautiful photography with the wit and wisdom of the local pub landlord.

This time around, we see the wit and wisdom of Ireland's elders, as well as a view into Ireland pre-1916 and how the country's changed in the intervening years.

We talked to Alex about his experiences filming the documentary, how much went into the editing and how it compares with his previous work.
