The next movie due to hit cinemas from the Warner Bros/DC cinematic universe is Wonder Woman (which has already been getting great first reactions).
Beyond that the highly anticipated Justice League and stand-alone flick Aquaman are on the way.
For the former, GOT star Jason Momoa takes on the titular role while Amber Heard plays Mera, the Queen of Atlantis and wife of Aquaman.
Director James Wan is currently in Australia filming the superhero movie, which is due for release in 2018, and he and Heard shared pictures of the actress’s first day of shooting, including a sneak peek of Mera in full costume:

As has been pointed out, the look is very close to the original comics, and is decidedly more vibrant and colourful than director Zack Snyder’s rendition of the character for Justice League:
