The official trailer for 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood' is here.
'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood' is the ninth feature from Quentin Tarantino. It just had its premiere at the Cannes Film Festival.
The film primarily follows an actor falling out of touch named Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio) and his stunt double Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt).
Their world eventually collides with that of Charles Manson (played by Damon Herriman) and Sharon Tate (Margot Robbie). Tate lives next to Dalton in the film and Al Pacino plays Dalton's agent, Marvin Schwarz. Kurt Russell is in the cast too.
Supports include Dakota Fanning, Lena Dunham, Bruce Dern, Damon Herriman, Damian Lewis, Mike Moh and more. Fanning plays Squeaky Fromme, one of the Manson Family members.
'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood' features a bunch of interweaving stories set against the backdrop of 1969 in Hollywood. It has been likened to 'Pulp Fiction.'
However, it would seem from this trailer that the film gestures towards Tarantino's 'Inglorious Basterds' too.
Other movie trailers that have dropped today includes ones for 'Downton Abbey' and 'Toy Story 4'. Mind you, we reckon they're for entirely different audiences.
'Once Upon a time in Hollywood' hits Irish cinemas on August 15.
