We never thought this would actually come to fruition but it turns out that yeah, you guys would like to go watch a movie featuring miniature LEGO figurines. What makes it somewhat more appealing, though, is the surprisingly stellar cast. Liam Neeson? Will Ferrell? Morgan Freeman? These are just some of the A-list names involved.
At the helm of The LEGO Movie is Chris McKay, Phil Lord and Chris Miller. The story follows your average little LEGO man whose identity gets mistaken for that of the extraordinary MasterBuilder.
As an effect of that, he then gets the opportunity to join an army in their attempts to stop the evil LEGO tyrant whose plan it is to glue their little universe together.
