The very fun Movie Fest returns to Cineworld again this September. Inspired by San Diego's comic-con, the festival will screen a number of highly anticipated blockbusters alongside exclusive trailers and clips never seen before by human eyes. Last year they brought us the first showings of the superb 'Drive' and the very fun 'Fright Night'. This year they promise an equally packed programme. The line-up is being released over the next few days and Entertainment.ie can exclusively reveal that the opening movie is the state-side hit animation Paranorman.
Currently the best reviewed movie of the summer (88% on Rottentomatoes), Paranorman is a comedy, horror from the makers of Coraline. The film will play at Movie Fest on Saturday September 8th, with director Chris Butler flying in to make an appearance and talk to the Movie Fest audience. Also screening will be the fun looking Joseph Gordon-Levitt starrer, Premium Rush - with the other titles to be kept a surprise.
Over the weekend, movie fans will be treated to numerous film premieres, mystery film screenings, exclusive trailers and footage from Comic-Con, expect to see clips from movies like Iron Man 3, The Hobbit, Seven Psychopaths, Twilight: Breaking Dawn part 2, and many more. The festival runs on the 8th and 9th of September. Tickets are available from Cineworld's box-office with more information over yonder.
