Make way for yet another deepfake creation that works just so damn well.
There have been a number of 'Star Wars' deepfakes in the last while that have caught our attention, but this Millie Bobby Brown/Princess Leia deepfake might be the best one yet.
Even the *SPOILER* final episode of 'The Mandalorian' season two had a CGI Luke Skywalker reappear to take baby Grogu off for some more Jedi training - which produced a somewhat more reputable deepfake to be created after complaints by fans.
Now though, it's the turn of Princess Leia to get the treatment. Played by the late Carrie Fisher in the 'Star Wars' franchise, this time the face of Millie Bobby Brown is tacked onto the character - and the actors look creepily similar.
Known for her breakout role as Eleven in Netflix's 'Stranger Things' and going on to star in 'Enola Holmes' and the new 'Godzilla' franchise, the young actor could be a natural fit for the character, should she eventually be recast as a younger version in a future 'Star Wars' spin-off movie.
Let us know what you make of this fresh face-swap - the technology appears to be is getting more eerily accurate with each new deepfake we see.
