Matthew Goode and Alex Pettyfer will play brothers in the action film, Overdrive.
The story apparently follows a pair of "adventurous brothers and high-profile car thieves who travel to the South of France looking for new challenges and come across a tough local crime boss." The film is budgeted at €21 million, which means that Pettyfer isn't getting the crazy money he was looking for to star in flicks before Beastly and I Am Number 4 came out - both films underperformed at the box-office.
Goode came very close to playing Superman, and actually held off auditioning for other roles to prepare himself for the screentest - if you believe some online reports, that is.
