Matt Damon is looking to direct a film he has co-written with the star of The Office, John Krasinski.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Damon will headline and make his directorial debut on the film, which is yet to have a title. In it, Damon would play a salesman who arrives in a small town only to have his life changed. Krasinski’s role wasn't stated, but he would have a major part also. The project will be produced under Krasinski’s own production company, Sunday Night.
Damon has been looking for a film to direct for some time and there was talk of him working on something with Oscar winning buddy, Ben Affleck, but he's busy with his latest George Clooney produced flick, Argo. You can see him being superb in Contagion, out tomorrow.
