Although all eyes are towards December and the release of The Force Awakens, work is going on behind the scenes with Rian Johnson's Episode VIII.
We can assume a significant number of the cast of The Force Awakens will be returning (or maybe not?), there's bound to be a few new names cropping onto the cast list.
Donnie Yen, who starred in fantastic martial arts movie Ip Man and Ip Man 2, has reportedly been cast in Episode VIII.
This tracks with what we've heard Iko Uwais, who was also cast in The Force Awakens for an unspecified role. We're guessing the Star Wars brain-trust is looking to martial artist / actors for inspiration and, to be honest, that's pretty damn cool.
We should point out, however, that this lead comes to us from a Hong Kong tabloid - so definitely take this with a pinch of salt.
We're still a bit away from Episode VIII, so it's possible that there'll be a confirmation on this and a title at the upcoming San Diego Comic-Con.
After all, it's been confirmed to us that there'll be no new footage or trailer being shown there or, indeed, for the next few months.
With that in mind, Kathleen Kennedy and JJ Abrams are going to need something to show.
Our money's on the title for Star Wars: Episode VIII and a glimpse at the cast.
