'Avengers: Endgame' hero Chris Evans has had to drop out of an upcoming thriller called 'Infinite' and it looks like he'll be replaced by none other than Mark Wahlberg.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, The Late Late Show alum will step in after Evans had to pull out a few weeks ago due to scheduling issues with his upcoming Apple TV project 'Defending Jacob'.
Paramount's 'Infinite' is an adaptation of the 2009 novel 'The Reincarnationist Papers' by D. Eric Maikranz and will be helmed by 'Training Day' director Antoine Fuqua.
'Infinite' will tell the story of a reincarnated group of near immortal men and women known as 'The Infinite'. The group will rely on a schizophrenic hero played by Wahlberg whose vivid dreams are actually memories from past lives to defeat an evil mastermind.
'Infinite' is due for release in August, 2020.
