Pulling up in her pink convertible next summer will be the world's most famous doll for her big screen debut.
We've been gifted with the first look at Margot Robbie as Barbie, and she's looking pretty in pink (a pink convertible, that is).
CinemaCon is in full swing in Las Vegas this week (so expect plenty more movie announcements incoming), and the Mattel beauty dropped in to make an appearance during the event.
As you can see in the picture below, Robbie is seen looking extremely happy in her pink convertible wearing a blue headscarf, bracelet and vest - pink and blue? We're loving it.
Directed by Greta Gerwig, the 'Little Women' director wrote the script with her partner Noah Baumbach, filming is still underway in London currently, and the film has a release date of July 2023 attached.
Joining Robbie on this Barbie World adventure will be an extremely stacked cast of talent. Ryan Gosling stars as Ken, who will be joined by Will Ferrell, Kate McKinnon, Alexandra Shipp, America Ferrera, Simu Liu, with 'Sex Education' stars Connor Swindells and Robbie's doppelganger Emma Mackey also joining the feature.

Now, whether or not Aqua's 'Barbie Girl' will feature heavily in the upcoming blockbuster remains to be seen. Could there be a re-hash on the horizon? Let's hope not, as history tells us that covers or re-dos of songs and theme songs never works out quite right (*cough* 'Saved By The Bell').
Warner Bros' 'Barbie' is just one of a number of future movie projects that Mattel toys properties has in the pipeline. There's a Hot Wheels picture in development, a Magic 8 Ball feature, Betsy Westy, Chatty Cathy and Polly Pocket are just some of the names that are in the works.
'Barbie' will be released in theatres on July 21, 2023.
