The long-awaited reboot of 1994's The Crow has hit another snag.
The original director lined up, F. Javier Guiterrez, has since exited the film with music video director Corin Hardy quickly stepping into the void.
Now it looks like they've lost their main lead - Dracula Untold's Luke Evans.
The British actor has cited scheduling conflicts - which is code for just about anything you can think of - as the reason he's departed The Crow reboot.
The reboot has been slowly coming apart at the seams and it seems this is just another blow for the already-delayed film.
Evans is set to next appear the adaptation of JG Ballard's High Rise, directed by Kill List's Ben Wheatley.
As for who's to replace Evans, there's no clear favourite. Tom Hiddleston was offered the role first, however he passed on it, most likely to take part in Guillermo Del Toro's Crimson Peak.
Despite these setbacks, Relativity Media are keen to keep the film alive and are actively seeking a replacement.
