If you're a fan of the rebooted 'Jurassic World' franchise, there's good news - there's another sequel in the works.
The last film was 'Jurassic World: Dominion' which was released in 2022 - and now its been revealed that its follow-up is pretty far along in the development process.
What's more, screenwriter David Koepp - who wrote both the first 'Jurassic Park' film and 'Jurassic Park: The Lost World' - has written the script, which is said to be in very good shape.
Koepp is also responsible for films including 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom and the Dial of Destiny' and the first 'Mission: Impossible' film, and sources have suggested that this new film is an entirely new storyline - or a "new Jurassic era" - meaning the characters played by Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard in the last three films will possibly not return.
Could that also mean that Jeff Goldblum and Laura Dern's characters will also not return? Well, we potentially won't have long to wait to find out - as studio Universal is discussing the possibility of a release date in 2025.
There's no director attached yet, but watch this space...
