The Jameson Dublin International Film Festival is now into its landmark 10th year, and they've jam packed proceedings to compliment this monumental occasion. Running from Thursday February 16th with opening film, Cloudburst, it closes on Sunday the 26th with the German/Irish co-production, Death of a Superhero.

As previously announced, none other than Oscar winner Al Pacino will travel to Dublin to attend the screening of his documentary, Wilde Salome on Monday February 20th. He'll be joined by the doc's producer, Barry Navidi, for an introduction to the film, and a post screening chat with Festival Director Grainne Humphreys. But Mr Pacino isn't the only Hollywood legend hitting Dublin during festivities, as none other than (recent Oscar nominee) Glenn Close will also be in town to attend the Irish Premiere of her Dublin shot drama, Albert Nobbs on Saturday the 18th at The Savoy. Directors attending screenings also include Gareth Evans (for the awesome looking action flick, The Raid) in Cineworld on Saturday the 25th; and indie darling, Whit Stillman, who'll attend the screening of his film, Damsels in Distress on Friday the 17th also in Cineworld.

There are plenty of fantastic films screening throughout, and tickets are available, as is the full programme on JDIFF.com from midnight February 2nd.
