There's a famous song that once I mention it will be swimming around your head all day. So here goes, ahem, 'Look for the bare necessities the simple bare necessities, forget about your worries and your strife...'

Doesn't it put you in an instant good mood? It's obviously from the Disney animation The Jungle Book and wait for it, it's going to be sung again.

Disney are planning on a live action adaptation of The Jungle Book and Deadline have exclusively revealed that Iron Man director Jon Favreau is reportedly in talks with the studio to direct.

We think Favreau would be an excellent choice, he directed Christmas fave Elf for God's sake and family flick Zathura, so his humour and style would definitely suit the project.

Disney are already working on several live-action re-imaginations of their classic flicks including the Sleeping Beauty inspired Maleficent with Angelina Jolie and Cinderella which will be directed by Kenneth Branagh.

"I mean the bare necessities, Old Mother Nature's recipes, that bring the bare necessities of life!"
