Irish actor Sam Keeley will star opposite Bradley Cooper in the culinary flick, Chef.
Jon Favreau recently directed, wrote and starred in an ace flick with the same title. But, er, this is a different film.
According to Deadline, John Wells, who is one of the most consistent producers and directors working in American television (ER, Southland, Shamless), will follow up his work in feature August: Osage County with this flick that centres on Cooper's hard partying chef who returns from Paris to redeem himself with a new restaurant. Keely's role would be that of a young chef he recruits. Sienna Miller and Omar Sy have also been cast.
The Irish actor has previously appeared in Raw and What Richard Did, while he has the Ron Howard helmed Heart of the Sea opposite Chris Hemsworth and Brendan Gleeson in the can also.
The future is looking incredibly bright for this young man.
