There's the "...we need to get out of here!" line, there's the "Who is this guy?" line, there's the 'Are you kidding me?!' one, and then there's the pause before "...thank you..." as someone's walking away. If you think that one's overused, you've no idea. In fact, there's at least five minutes worth of that moment played over and over again in this supercut by The Back Focus.
All the hits are there - the one from 'Father of the Bride, Part II', the one from the awful sitcom in 'Funny People', there's the one from 'Grease' and there's even the variations on the cliche like in 'Master and Commander' and 'Field of Dreams'.
