Harvey and Bob Weinstein have taken back control of the company the founded, Miramax, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The brothers left the company in control of big brother Disney, and founded new mini-major, The Weinstein Company, which has thus far struggled to create a massive hit. When they headed Miramax, it was a different story as they hit with Pulp Fiction, the Scream series, Scary Movie as well as countless Oscar winners and nominees.

The brothers has tabled a bid of $600 million to take their label back, and the 611 film catalogue that goes with it.
