Hold the phone, kids, George Clooney is coming to Ireland - but sadly not to make a film.
The Oscar winning actor and director has spoken about his Irish routes numerous times before, but instead chooses to shack up in a stunning villa somewhere in Italy *looks outside* not that you'd blame him. Anyhow, according to The Irish Examiner, George (I feel like we're on a first name basis) had a conversation with our Bono, and has decided to cycle around Ireland. He spewed, "I ran into Bono here in Toronto, who was in town for the documentary about U2 and he’s as much of a bike nut as I am. He started telling me about lots of cool places I should check out, so I’ve committed to going there in April." Bono in lycra... there's a thought.*
