Time for a trip down memory lane. Remember Matilda? Mara Wilson was the cutest little kid, if a little irritating on retrospect, who stole our hearts in Mircale on 34th Street 2 years previous.
Well she's all grown up now, and so are the rest of the class. Remember Bruce Bogtrotter? Lavender Brown? Well you'd likely pass them on the street without a scooby doo of who you were looking at. Though you'd still probably recognise Mrs Wormwood, played by Rhea Perlman, Miss Honey played by Embeth Davidtz, Pam Ferris (the positively terrifying Miss Trunchbull) and of course, Danny DeVito (who's been with wife Rhea since long before Matilda).
Danny DeVito directed along with the help of Perlman, for the movie adaptation of Roald Dahl's popular book in which Matilda discovers at a young age that she's got special powers, she can move things around. Telekenisis? That's the one.
DeVito and Perlman play her horrid, worst-in-the-world parents, while Miss Trunchbull played the baddie at school, sentencing kids to long stints in 'the chokey'.
Here the gang get together again for a reunion (held in late June), and Mara shared the snaps on her fan page Facebook.
