'Spider-Man Far From Home' is the follow-up to the summer blockbuster 'Spider-Man Homecoming'.
Starring Tom Holland in the titular role, it would seem that Spidey survived the events of 'Infinity War' after all (well, duh). Undoubtedly, 'Avengers: Endgame' will reveal just how the web-slinging superhero came back when it hits cinemas on April 26th.
According to the 'Far From Home' synopsis:
"Our friendly neighborhood Super Hero decides to join his best friends Ned, MJ, and the rest of the gang on a European vacation. However, Peter's plan to leave super heroics behind for a few weeks are quickly scrapped when he begrudgingly agrees to help Nick Fury uncover the mystery of several elemental creature attacks, creating havoc across the continent!"
Marisa Tomei (Aunt May), Zendaya (MJ), Cobie Smulders (Maria Hill), and Jon Favreau (Happy Hogan) all make welcome returns.
Most of all, people are excited for the MCU debut of Jake Gyllenhaal in the role of antagonist Mysterio. 'Homecoming' villain Adrian Toomes/Vulture, played by Michael Keaton, is also returning.
