'The Fall Guy' hit cinemas yesterday and it's easy to tell it's heading for a box office smash.
It would be difficult not to with Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt in the lead and 'John Wick' director David Leitch at the helm. The film has already proved a hit with critics (check out our 4-star review here).
Movies Editor Brian Lloyd sat down with Ryan Gosling and David Leitch recently to chat about 'The Fall Guy' and the pair very clearly stated their interest in returning for a sequel.
"We really would love one. I think we need to just get on the phone with the studio right now and figure out a 'Fall Guy 2' sequel," Leitch said.
"I'm in," Gosling chimed in.
"We love these characters," Gosling went on to say. "We want to see what happens to them. They're so representative of the crew to me and so worthy of their own movies. They love movies so much and give so much of themselves to films. The idea of an action film within the world of the people who make it is just such a fun place to explore. So yeah 'The Fall Guy 2."
