On August 8th, ESPN is turning ESPNU, their university sports channel, into ESPN 8 "The Ocho" - the finest in seldom-seen sports. Really. The lineup of events to be broadcast on the sports network includes the Firefighters World Challenge XXV, the 2016 Sky Zone Ultimate Trampoline Dodgeball, and the World Darts Championship.
Sadly, however, Cotton McKnight and Pepper Brooks aren't providing colour commentary for any of the events. Nevertheless, it's a bold strategy. Let's see if it pays off.
