Elton John, also known as Reginald Dwight, also known as Rocket Man, also known as Your Da's Favourite Singer, is reportedly in talks to join Kingsman 2: The Golden Circle. As to what role he'll play, whether as himself in a cameo or as an actual character, has yet to be determined.
The original comic upon which Kingsman was based dealt heavily with celebrities, so there's a chance they're taking a leaf out of it for the follow-up. Elton John, aside from being one of the most recognisable singers of the past fifty years, has only one acting credit to his name. Anyone guess?
