Imagine what it must be like getting on the wrong side of The Rock.
First off, the guy is built like a brick s**thouse and is arguably one of the most popular, well-connected actors working today. How badly would you have to want to mess up in order to get on his bad side? Yet, somehow, some way, somebody managed to REALLY get on his bad side.
In a Facebook post late last night, Dwayne The Rock Johnson called out some of his co-stars from Fast & Furious 8 as "candy asses", specifically pointing out that they were "too chicken shit to do anything about it anyway." Johnson went on, explaining that there were more than a few scenes when he was legitimately annoyed with his co-stars and that "you watch this movie next April and it seems like I'm not acting in some of these scenes and my blood is legit boiling - you're right."
So far, Universal Pictures and director F. Gary Gray haven't made any specific comments as to who the individuals are and filming has been, from what we're hearing, quite stress-free. Of course, speculations are rife and many people have pointed to one particular actor - which we're not saying because, well, we don't want to get sued - whilst others believe it's a work.
What's a work, you ask? In wrestling terminology, a work is basically a scripted rivalry that's done for the benefit of the audience. It's entirely possible that the Rock came up with this story, or at the very least exaggerated it, for the benefit of his performance. In other words, just as he says, when we watch the film in 2018, we'll know - or at least think - that the performance is real.
What do you think? Do you think there's somebody stupid enough to get on the wrong side of The Rock? Let us know in the comments!
