No matter what you cut it, there is no denying that Die Hard is actually a Christmas movie.
It's set in Christmas, Santa appears in the film, it features a message of joy, hope and family reconciliation and it's even got Let It Snow playing over the credits. Hell, it even SNOWS in the film - so yes, it's definitely an appropriate Christmas film.
Thankfully, Dublin's Lighthouse Cinema agrees and is hosting a Nakatomi Plaza-set, '80s-themed Christmas Party on December 2nd from 9PM, with a screening of Die Hard at 10.30PM.
Tickets are now on sale for the price of €12.00 and you might even see a couple of German terrorists or shoeless New York cops at it, as well.
