Dominic Cooper is in talks to join Colin Farrell and Noomi Rapace in the revenge thriller, Dead Man Down, from original Girl with the Dragon Tattoo helmer, Niels Arden Oplev, say the folk at Variety.
In the thriller, Farrell will play a man who "infiltrates a crime syndicate responsible for the death of his family. Rapace is attached to portray a "mysterious, scarred beauty with intimate knowledge of his past." Hotshot producer Neal Moritz (Fast and Furious series, 21 Jump Street, the Farrell starring Total Recall remake) is putting his weight behind it. Cooper would apparently play Farrell's partner.
Farrell is getting busy, and had to pull out of negotiations for the Warner Bros. Arthur and Lancelot because of scheduling conflicts. He'll next been seen in Total Recall this coming August. Repace has a little film coming out called Prometheus in June.
