On this fine (and by fine we mean God AWFUL) Monday afternoon, we give you the following Dinklage sized movie bites:
1. Star Trek 2 has finally gotten a name! Henceforth, it will be referred to as Star Trek: Into Darkness. #Trekkies4LIFE.
2. Last week we reported that there would no Avatar 4; only 2 and 3. This week, that turns out to be a load of sh*te. What's more, we've just learned that Avatar 4 will be made as as prequel to the Avatar that we've already seen. "I have an idea for a fourth... I haven’t really put pen to paper on it, but basically it goes back to the early expeditions of Pandora, and kind of what went wrong with the humans and the Na’vi and what that was like to be an explorer and living in that world." says James Cameron. That's great Mr. Cameron; we've nothing better to do than watch all the Avatar movies you can fit into the rest of your life. Sure why stop at four? Keep 'em coming.
3. Actress Christina Hendricks reveals details about her character in Ryan Gosling's directorial debut, How To Catch a Monster: "[My single mother character is] supporting two children and trying to provide a home for them and a place of comfort in a continuously harder place to be," she says. "And I find myself working in this very surreal club that gets me into a sort of predicament, and in the meantime, these boys are off on their own adventures and they discover this underground city."
4. There's a new The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn trailer to be viewed. Expect a whole slew of vampires running and jumping and skulking broodily in the background. Watch it here.
